Overview
Seeking to hire 6 seasonal vineyard workers to do vine pruning & tying, canopy management including post stabilization and trellis repair, weeding/fertilizing, hand harvest of wine grapes and other related tasks as assigned. Job is labor intensive and requires long hours working in all weather conditions, standing, walking, squatting for long periods of time. Season will begin in late February and harvest can run into November depending on crop size. Previous vineyard or farm hand experience a plus. Pay will be hourly and is negotiable based on experience/qualifications.

Additional Requirements

Reliable transportation, able to do labor work including lifting up to 50 pounds, willing to work additional hours as needed by production/harvest needs and flexible in working around changing weather conditions, work with minimal supervision, ideal for worker seeking a lot of hours, no housing offered.

In addition to vineyard labor a few tractor drivers will be needed who can safely operate farm equipment starting in April. Tractor drivers will assist with labor tasks as needed.
